It began with
a repair that
never happened.
A laptop left for repair. Repeated excuses. No clear updates. And a problem that never got fixed.
That was our founder’s experience—and the reason FXR began. Handing over a device should not mean being left in the dark about what happens next.
We built FXR around a simple idea: show the care. We document the inspection, explain the diagnosis and repair options, and keep you informed as the work happens. Recorded repairs and final testing videos give you a clearer view, from check-in to handover.
